PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR RECORDING:  Eff:1/1/05

Effective January 1, 2005 and in accordance with RSA 478:1-A, the following policy is hereby established for filing of plans with the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds.

RSA478:1 Sec II; The Merrimack County Registry of Deeds will require that the UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER, INSIDE THE BORDER, IF APPLICABLE, of the plat SHALL BE RESERVED for the recording information entered by the Registry.

THE SIZE AND/OR RESERVED AREA SHALL BE NO SMALLER THAN 7” long X 1” wide and SHALL BE INSIDE ANY EXTERIOR BORDER OF THE PLAT.

TITLE BLOCKS: All title blocks shall be located in the LOWER RIGHT HAND CORNER and SHALL INCLUDE ALL INFORMATION AS REQUIRED BY RSA 478:1a Sec. VIII.

In accordance with RSA 478:1b Sec IV we will accept plan sizes as specified and NO LARGER THAN 22 X 34.
