This office only accepts credit cards for payment of requests for fax copies by Phone
All phone requests for fax copies will require payment with a Master Card, VISA, Discover or American Express Card.

This service will only be available for copies ordered by phone for fax service.
Fax Copies are $4.00 per page outgoing and $1.00 incoming.

Sufficient postage for return of documents will be collected.

Effective July, 1, 2008 L-CHIP Surcharge of $25.00 will be accessed on all Deeds, Mortgages, Discharge of Mortgages and Plans. See NHRSA 478:17-g. A separate check is required for payment of the L-CHIP Surcharge. All checks are made payable to MCRD (Merrimack County Registry of Deeds).
